In the Morning
Fruit Juice a mixture of any of these fruits and 1 TBLS of Psyllium per person
apples
pineapple (gives alot of juice)
Cantalope
strawberries (can do frozen)
Pears
grapes
Kiwi
Blueberries ( can do frozen)
Watermellon
Honeydew melon
Peaches
Sometimes I will add a little orange juice, but limit it because of the acid can upset your stomach.

Eric and I usually juiced 2 times a day. In the morning we would do a fruit juice, and in the evening we would do a vegetable or veggie/ fruit juice.
